This would never occur.  No "good" hunter would ever think of equipping this item.

Came back here after a year to see the ensuing debates on this gun...  Pity some hunters still think it's for them or quasi-viable in pvp.  All the caster interrupt arguments, lol, try using your pet.  It'll have the same effect. 

I suppose you could buy a BT run from one of the more progressed guilds on your server if you're hell bent on getting this for pvp though, heck, maybe you'll even be able to pick up the brutalizer along the way. 
          ...Just be prepared for the remarks that appear on your realm forums afterwards though.
