Soloable as a 61 boomkin (wearing a mix of blues and greens including some cloth).  Make sure you clear the area around him, and have your back to the wall.  Use roots, and pop your trees early.  Moonfire, insect swarm, and wrath until roots breaks then reapply roots.  Use barkskin before popping out of form to heal) Rinse and repeat.  Not that hard a fight.
