Bandage himself as much as possible. Save your pot CD for HEALTH pots and not mana pots. Use healthstones. Do everything possible to survive instead of doing everything possible to max dps. Run even 15 sec in advance before Archie casts doomfire and don't just stand and shoot yer bow.
The issue is usually fear combines with another ability (curse, fire dot etc), because it prevents you from doing anything about your diminishing health bar. If you have a problem with fear, ask the GM to place you near a shaman with a tremor totem.
Archimonde is NOT a dps race. Take him down slower if you must, but you need to have 100% of the members alive during the entire fight. When he reaches 10% you can stand in fire as much as you want, because Tyrande will bubble you :)
