For a warrior, a slow weapon is key. Our abilities are not very reliant on how fast we swing, but the top end damage, seeing as out abilities are all instants and next attack.
So a slow weapon will have higher bottom and top end damage, allowing for more room when using heroic strike and other next attack moves.

Serious men, we're talking about tanking here, not DPS. On raidbosses you do a heroic strike almost every swing, so the faster=more treat.
The faster weapon wil also suffer les from a doulbe missed atack wich means les change to lose aggro.
Theres a reason none of the high end tankweapons are faster then 2.0, I consider 1.6-1.8 perfect for tanking.
