Like all heroics (mostly designed for people in blues), once above certain gear level you can try with less people. It's been done with 2 druids (resto+feral) and T5/T6 gear, practically full stealth run.

I tried it myself like this and it's quite easy. The only guards that can see through stealth (two groups of 2 if I remember correctly) can't be controled as in a normal run, so they have to be tanked anyway; no difference there, other than the lack of dps (since most damage is dealt by the tank).

    All 3 fights are tank&spank.

Mennu requires to destroy the totems really quickly, because damage is low and you can't afford any healing unless you want to spend there the whole day. Moonfire rank 1 by the healer (in this case myself) is handy so the tank can focus on damage.

Rokmar should be tanked in the cave to avoid attracting lobsters. Just wait until it goes outside, sneak behind, and pull inside. As in 5-man parties, the only real problem is keeping tank at 100% health, but not having to heal anyone else but the tank makes this easy.

Quagmirran is the most annoying, as you'll probably skip the druid with the NR buff. Avoid the lobsters and walk around the pool to tank it at the far end of the cave. Sometimes he starts walking and stops near the lobsters, so pull carefuly or you'll bring them too; do it only when they're at max distance. If healer keeps himself at 100% health in case of simultaneous poison + acid geyser (8k+ hp would be enough), there's little to worry about.
