That's not true. If you read the book, The Last Guardian, you learn that Sargeras moved into Aegwynn's womb when she "killed". When she gave birth, Sargeras possessed the baby, Medivh. When Medivh grew up, he gained the power of Tirisfal, which was a secret group of wizards who gave one person tons of power to kill demons. Eventually, Medivh created Karazhan and lived there for awhile. With Sargeras possessing him, he created the dark portal that teh orcs came through. When Medivh's apprentice, Khadgar, found out Medivh was possessed by Sargeras, he created an elite froup of humans. This group went and killed Medivh. Because of Sargeras's mistake of inhabiting the human's body, Sargeras' mind was destroyed, so technically, Sargeras is dead. Also, with Archimonde killed at Mount Hyjal, Kil'jaeden is the last true leader of the Burning Legion. If he gets killed, then the legion will fall apart. Then what are we supposed to do?
