He's a lvl 47 non-elite wasp-looking thing.
I soloed on a 45 disc priest with little trouble. Found it was easiest to kill workers in between the two areas he visits and then grab him as he's looping between the two.

And if you're not done with the other quest that takes you to the same area...[Zukk'ash Infestation], he'll drop one of the quest items.
