I have this skill on my gnome rogue, got it after the WotLK patch, kinda cool, allows you to speak and understand draconic language. ^^ Gnomes ftw

except i think ive had it pre WotLK and i have no idea how i got it. GM thinks its cuz im exalted with Netherwing but i dnt think thats it.

I did the AQ gate chain thinking that was how to get this but I was wrong... anybody know how to learn it the right way?
