The Big Blizzard Bear is the "polar bear mount" redemption from this year's '08 Blizzcon convention and the Pay-Per-View for it. This mount is only good for one character on one server.

actually its a bind to account item so once you use it you can send it to your other characters on that server.

  Yea this makes the mount totally worth it. I was going to sell mine for a few hundred extra bucks but since it's basically 10 mounts in one (if you have ten alts on a server), I decided to keep it :D

You get the code by attending the 2008 Blizcon in LA.

You might be able to buy the code off someone via ebay, but seeing how long ago, your chances are slim of finding one.
