      Get it the best way from gathering herbs.... out of 2k herbs picked i got a total of 23 eternal life and a few crystallized left over....look up eternal life and there a few comments on were to farm ...but the drop rates are really low from the creatures that i have killed so far

        I have found Wintergrasp to be most fruitful when gathering for these, especially now since you can fly in the zone. Nothing beats Frost Lotus' having their own nodes :)

        I went looking for a gathering route and came across these. The producer of the videos shows you the least traveled areas of the map and I now use this route as I gather.

        Additionally, the producer's site also has a route map, which I have found very useful when getting to know the routes.

      hmm i dont know if they improved the drop rate, or iam having awsome luck, ive picked about 200 herbs, and ive already gotten 8 eternal life (2 crystalized life away from 9) best plce ive found is in icecrown, get yourself your epic flyer and jsut fly all over the plce, you get a ton and it doesnt take to long.  also u can sell the icethorn and lichbloom to people making the darkmoon cards and make a fortune, or use them yourself or soemthing, good luck farming!!!!!

      Are there OP mobs that drop these somewhere in Wintergrasp like the other crystallized elements?

        In the very South Western part of Wintergrasp ( looks greenish on the map ) , you'll find Living Lashers . Droprate is pretty good when your faction controls the place...
