There is a path in Crystalsong. It is the northern path on your map that leads into the mountains where the Argent Vangaurd is. It's not the road that goes into Storm Peaks, it's to the left of that road on your map. Coords are 58, 34. I will post a screen shot.

  I see on your screen shot that you have an addon for your map that shows what lvl range for each area...I had a similar addon and cant locate it anymore or even it's name. What do you use?

you have to fly to icecrown if you want to go do quests there, however there is a path in crystalsong forest, you wont be able to do quests without a flying mount because most questgivers are on mountains or on flying boats..

58,26 in crystalsong forest is the path that takes you to icecrown. As a bonus, there's a flightmaster at argent vanguard right across the border. 76 mage, no tricks involved, obviously no flying mount; just ride along the path and BOOM, there it is!!!

If you one quest in icecrown you pretty much need a flying mount to do every quest because icecrown everything isnt on the same level...and theres a flying gunship for each faction.

is there another quest that unlocks a cinematic as some chain does in draghonblight?^^

What was the point of the entire Wrathgate chain and cinematic if you can just walk in from Crystalsong Forest? It was possibly the best chain in all of WoW, but it's still kind of ironic.

It's the back entrance to Icecrown Citadel. Nothing more. It may even be an entrance to the raid once that patch comes.

It was my understanding that the "cities" in this zone only become available after certain points in the quest lines from there. This is due to the "phased zones" Bliz put in, similar to the DK starting zone.

Basically, you are probably being told to go to the correct places, but may not have done enough quests to win that town in "your phase" of the zone.

People should have flying mount else they cant do all quests .For this reason travel to k3 village in stormpeaks and seek a loaned flying mount.For horde it is next to our flight master

1: Can all just stop saying that Icecrown is taken from Lord of The Rings?
2:You might be able 2 do the first quests without flying mount but the quests after that i think that you must have flying mount.
3: In this level you really should have been able to get enough money for CWF.

If you need a flying mount...
Go to K3 in Storm Peaks
Talk to the guy next to the Fligh Master
POOF! Your own flying mount that you don't need cold weather flying for!

May I get coords of every flight path in Icecrown please? I know there is one at Argent Vanguard, Crusader's Pinnacle and The Shadow Vault, any more FPs? tyvm

There is a FP too at Death's Rise...

I can't seem to find any part of Icecrown that connects to Sholazar Basin. The only path I have from Icecrown goes thru Dalaran and all the way around the left side of the continent. Is there another FP phased or otherwise besides The Shadow Vault and the starting one?

If you go up the Avalanche in Sholazar, it will take you directly to Icecrown. But theres tons of scourge on the way.

In order to get the flight path for The Shadow Vault you must complete the chain quests. I was driving myself nuts trying to find a green ! pop up and it never did until I finished all of the quests. Hope this helps anyone searching for the mysterious flight path at Shadow Vault people tell you is there but you cannot find!!

And one more thing..Wraith of the Lich king is taken from NORSE MYTHOLOGY not LOTR (which partly is from Norse) aka Niffelem (niffelheim) Snorri that giant in Storm Peaks. Snorri was a Viking who brought christianity to the norse people. Aesier, Vanir, any of that ring a bell? In he Ampitheatre of Pain there's boss called Ydrassl or something....Ydrassil is the world tree serpent of Norse Mythology. Have fun!

You're both wrong and correct. While the MYTHOLOGY of WOLTK was taken from Norse mythology, the look of the zone and some of the quests (taking out the Ocular, for example) do have some elements of LOTR. Blizz is known for its various pop culture references, so I don't know what makes you think that it can't be an awesome mixture of both.

P.S. For those of you who'll reply "But Mordor had volcanoess!!!!1one!!" I mean the element of darkness, architecture of the buildings, etc. I mean, of course Blizz would adapt the idea to fit their needs by making it icy!

I do remeber there was a gu you had to summon to do some quest how do I get him back. I can't find how to summon the guy it strted on a tank bombing quest for some elites.

ok I have found some more quest and got up to 137 out of 140 now I need 3 more quest and I can't find 3 more quest maybe someone can tell me where else to look. Please

I was able to find one more quest I am now at 138. Please help me I need two more quest. How can I find them, I want the achievment Icecrown:The final goal.

Which are the quests here that start big chains with lots of gold? Pls link if you guys know any.
