like using it on kill stealers in bg or running lowbies

as said above this is very handy for breaking those pesky freezing traps did a WSG today and was fighting two hunters both of whom had tried to freeze trap me (one even froze just as the dmg ticked so i was not even frozen) ended up killing one and nearly killing the other...and the extra dmg is really good...the dmg you take s easily healed by Blood Worms and Blood Aura...of course you can always ask a healer nicely for a Renew or Rejuvenation and you won't even notice the dmg...another thing is if you're a blood tank you pop this of one of your DPS so they hit harder and the dmg they take from it actually heals you a good bit (finally a good use for that hunter who stacks stamina so he can say he has more health than the tank) best to pick is whoever has the most health (more dmg done to them) don't use it on yourself because it defeats the whole purpose of the heal you shouldn't have to worry about them dieing since it doesn't last long enough to go from full health to 0 and like i said a quick HoT and the dmg won't even be seen...also for fights like the maiden where the healer needs to take some type of dmg to break a silence or stun you can pop this on them...Another plus: You got some @$$ in a BG who just loves putting everyone down bragging about how he klled all those other players with no help...well 9 outta 10 times he is low on health...slap this sweet thing on him and it will interrupt his "l337" bandage skills and go to work kickin his @$$...now whos bragging? your so strong you can kill your own team members XD....i have put it on people in AV with low health but always felt bad about it and used Gift of the Naaru on them to cancel it out...and also stated above ZERO DURABILITY DMG! tanking? foreseein a wipe? when your health gets low kill yourself with this and SAVE!!
