Well, when the deathknights were freed they returned to their respective cities, The Scarlet Criusader is the Scarlet Crusade. They've never been too right in the head led by demons and blindly killing well everyone i guess, course it seems like they have the once a scarlet aslways a scarlet ideology since they keep that undead preacher in the cathedral way up in SM.  So the few scarlet corpses turned DK returned to their people?  Sure they'd probably off themselves once the crusade ends.
