A: You get buffed.

It will either A. Make you smaller, which stacks FIVE times.

or B. Turn you into a Gnome Female.

  yup -- i had it stack to 7 before i became a voodoo midget. NOTE - it also sets the buff to 10 minutes if you drink the oil WHILE you already have it.

It's mat for potions and elixirs.

and one trinket.

you shrink a little if you drink it, perhaps it stacks, don't know, only had 1.

if you drink several of them you become a gnome with a tribal mask on... funny really

It stacks in lots of 20. If you drink it you shrink a little bit. I drank 3 in a row and the effect does stack. I got quite a bit smaller! Not sure wether the above post is true or bullsh but as they sell for quite a bit, so I'm told (48g sounds a bit extreme, though!), I don't think I'll bother trying to find out just yet.

they were a rare as drop... like 1/40 casts.... so the sell value per stack was around 400g... they were really expensive... but now blizz nerfed the hell outta it.. and the drop rate is like 75%

the above post is correct. i'm an alchemist and i made some pygmy oil to help level. u do get a ten minute buff after you drink enough ( 10, i think) that turns you into a gnome with a tribal mask.

You get smaller each time you drink the oil, I drank it 8 times and I turned into a gnome with a wooden mask. The buff said I was pygmyfied ;)

If you drink one more before the Pygmified timer runs out, you'll just refresh the buff (so you don't have to drink 8 more).

You can make them with alchemy you need skill of 375 to make them and to make one you need 1 Pygmy suckerfish. And theres a chance you make 1-2 pots on 1 try

Were do i find this recipe, cant seem to find any info on were to get it?

Where is the Oil? Tanaris? But what place? What Quest?

Seriously, who do you see to buy/train for this? Just saying "Dalaran"... well, I looked around and cant find it...

Is it the vial dealer in the merchant area? Does she have a limited supply?

I hate hanging around in Dalaran (laggy) so any help finding it quickly, so I can get the flock out of there quickly, is most appreciated.

The alchemist trainer at Valiance Keep (off the boat from SW you go forward then left over the boats. Once you are in front of the keep turn left then right and you will find a bunch of trainers) will train you to make the Pygmy Oil. You need the fish to make the oil.

the person didn't just say, dalaran, the person said. "you learn it in dalaran", as in trained. Alchemy trainer. also trained in "keep" on alliance.

For Horde: check the trainer in Dalaran..the little gnome dude in the alchemy building

It's enough to train it at Vengeance Landing. Getting the fish though... *sigh*

Drinking 8 pygmy oil will transform you into a gnome.

The buff lasts for 10 minutes.

Druid shapeshifting will remove the buff.

so what would happen if....
1. you drank Noggenfogger (till u got the small buff)
2. ate a Small Feast
3. you drank 8 (turned in to a gnome)
and then...
have someone throw baby spice on you

WTH would happen!!?! would u disappear from the game.

I am unsure about the Pygmy oil and Noggenfogger, but the effect of Engineering's World Enlarger and Small Feast's size reduction unfortunately do not stack.

  I tried noggenfogger and then nogg with 9 stacks of pygmy oil and the results are about the same. I may have gotten a tiny bit small with both.

I did this today and my god was it hilarious! I was about 20 times smaller than an orc, half the size of a pet (non combat pet) and i ran into a pack of 10 alliance, and it took them over 30 seconds to even target me. It's defiently worth it to try and get all of those buffs together!
Although baby spice only lasts 20 seconds

And to clear some confusion:
It can take between 6-10 Pygmy Oil to turn you into a Pygmy

i read this and was curious, i just did it with noggenfogger and pygmy tho. I posted a screeny, you become about the size of a goblins leg. if you attempt this make sure to get small from noggenfogger first, the "you've stopped breathing" cancels the pygmy oil. have fun =D

Horde can learn it at Vengeance Landing, the place where the UC zeppelin drops you. The trainer is inside a building along with the enchanter trainer and a few more NPCs.

Mine was stack to 9

I tried again and got to 8 YOU CAN MOUNT WHILE IN THE GNOME FORM to cool haha

Buy it in trade channel, fishers are destroying/ vendortrashing these in the 100's

The small feast doesn't seem to stack with Noggenfogger or pygmy oil. Only thing that seems to make you smaller on top of this is the spices for about 30 seconds.

what hppend if i drink it and then eat savory deligt?

This is the result of taking 6 pygmy oil and then adding baby spice. I positioned myself next to a mailbox for scale! Photo above.

Interesting note...
(not sure if this works both ways)

My female character has the Matron title from Children's week. When she became a pygmy, you clearly could see a female gnome, complete with pigtails.
However.

"You have lost the title 'Matron Kiit'"
"You have earned the title 'Patron Kiit'"

Resets once the pygmy buff is gone.

If a gnome drinks this they grow slightly larger.

Also stacks with savory if u only drink 6 u will be a realy snall pirate

I ment savory diveate delight and spell check on the word Small ** lol

If you drink 6 stacks as a male character and use an orb of deception or savory deviate delight, you'll become a female according the costume for the full duration. It works for the draenei and blood elf crystals. It works for culling of stratholme and old hillsbrad as well. Paid sex change? pfff
