NEW! Project Lore - Soloing - Dorkins Does Dailies Episode 25 - The Wyrmrest Accord - Part 3

There are ballista (It's midnight - can't think of what else to call them)looking machines either side of the quest giver. You just click on them to let you use them. Then click on the release soldier button to begin the shooting. Aim the guns at the soldiers and shoot to get all the undead off them as the soldiers run for cover/safety. Pretty simple really - just gotta get the old aim right lol.

Very fun and easy quest.

Injured soldiers spawn at the back so have your cannons ready and summon them (shortcut key 2) and simply follow them and spam your shot (short key 1).
Once he gets up the stairs start on your next one. Don't worry about the gouls that come up the stairs because the riflemen will cover you.

Click cannon to right or left of quest giver.

Click #2 to release prisoner from back of room. Then click #1 to protect him/her while they run to you and up the stairs.

Easy and fun. :D

Is this quest bugged? Anyone else having trouble directing the chain gun vertically? I can strafe left and right, but can't cover the soldiers when the run out of the door - they all die before I can cover them with the chaingun.

Okay, after much wasted time and frustration, I figured it out... you have to click and hold down the gun with your mouse (click and drag the gun) to direct the firing trajectory...

  Done in like 1 min now that I know that lol.

You can move the gun around just like you would if you use the mouse to navigate. Keep the right mouse button depressed as you move it, and your gun will follow your movements.

Like swimming use the same key combo you would to swim up and down. On a Mac hold down the command key while you aim.

I experienced this bug, it is a bug where the GCD of the gun doesnt trigger and you shoot as much as you want with no effect.

I solved this bug quite simply by logging out then logging in again.

If you dont see the GDC triggering for either buttons on the gun then you know it is glitched.

This was actually quite a fun quest once the glitches were gone.

The above post is correct, u have to log out and relog to get the chain gun to work correctly. Once u log back in all good and quest is easy as..cheers

how do you move up and down /aim

Serpentine! Serpentine! Go back and do it again!!

AMEN...YOU HAVE TO CLICK BOTH BUTTONS ON MOUSE TO AIM...THEN CLICK ON FIREBOMB..FOLLOW SOLDIER TO STAIRS TILL U GET CREDIT

1. Click the Right mouse button and keep it pressed and move it around to aim.
2. Press 2 to bring out a soldier.
3. Aim at the soldier and keep spamming 1 until he is at your side.

Easy, and fun as hell.

Awesome quest! Fun & easy. Very original.

Somewhat important, KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR HP! The gunners supposed to protect seldom do it fast enough. The first time I noticed I was down to 33 HP and until the end of the quest I had to heal once more as they whittled me down from 9k to 2k.

It's easy to miss as our real HP bar is under the gunner's HP bar.. which for some reason they are not attacking.
