I did those 3 chain quests that guy said to do. I then did the quests for Mobu and after "Tanks A lot" I got the Quest. I was lvl 70 so you dont need 71.

You can obtain the quest at level 68, and if you do nothing but the chains for this quest and the quest itself you can complete this quest without even leveling to 69 (Not that this really matters =P. I guess useful information for those people looking to make 69 twinks.). This is assuming unrested exp. of coarse.

Nice weapons, but no good option for a feral druid?  /sad

omg i did tis quest 2day its way easy u just do 3 quest chains and then Hellscream give u the quest to get the axe u just hand in the quest and u get the axe.
the Alliance one is way harder u have to do 3 quest then  kill a big elite in a room and u cant get a level 80  to help only if he had the quest to enter the room:S blizzard relay love horde then Alliance

just head for stable master ad warsong hold and he will bring you 2 the ? mark and you obtain a mighty axe!

I just did it.
First complete Nasam's Plains. Yes..
After Riplash Strand after Bloodspore ( End with Gammo).
Just do the 3 place's of ChainsQuest you did all of the QuestLine's around Warsong Hold you will get the Quest.
You can also do it in other wise.
No need reputations just finish quest around Warsong Hold

I was able to get the quest after i completed Plains Of Nasam, the rest of the quests commented before are right. :)

ok well i am a level 72 and i want to get the axe of frozen death is it still possible to do this quest because it isnt giving it to me or do i have to do a certain amount of quest for him

damn, horde got this quest hard, alliance just has to run over to deaths stand to get a wicked shoirt and easy quest chain to get the quest for all those weet weapons =/

i completed every frickin quest at garroshs landing but none involve hellscreens champion this is so frickin annoying

Did it at 68!!!

Just do the 3 quest chains

then do the beach quest up to killing all the undead

Now im pwning in BG's at 68

I've done all the quests in Garrosh landing and still i can't open Hellscream's Champion

Got this at level 68. Followed the 3 quest chains listed above in yellow text.

Some quests that were not mentioned as prerequisites are:

Hellscream's Vigil (Initial quest given by Warsong Recruitment Officers).

Turning this in allows you to pick up the quest The Defense of Warsong Hold by Saurfang.  Once you have this quest, run out the south exit and turn in.

Take the follow up quest Taking Back Mightstone Quarry and complete it.  I also completed Patience is a Virtue that We Don't Need, but I handed that in first and Untold Truths did not unlock for me until I turned in Taking Back Mightstone Quarry.  You probably only need to complete Taking Back Mightstone Quarry, but if it still does not unlock, then complete Patience is a Virtue that We Don't Need.

Now you can begin completing the chains listed above.

well ive done the quest that it seys to do i have no clue if i messed somin some where or what but i cant seem to get the quest to get my axe any 1 help?

for me was easy.. i just did all q in borean tundra and this appear... (its easy to do this q ... bassicaly is one of the q that send u to a bigge lvl teritory)

The Plains of Nasam was the quest i needed to do before i could do this quest, i am sure you have to do this quest before you can do Hellscream quest.

This can be done at level 68. Just do everything connected to Warsong hold and it should pop, along with the girl in the plains nearby(as mentioned above)

Although twinking is, for the most part, dead due to Exp in bgs, these weapons are amazing for 68-70. The stats are amazing for this level and it makes for some fun BG leveling :)

On my death knight I went from Outlands at level 68 and went to Howling Fjord, I completed all the quests there that I could find. I then went to Borean Tundra, and completed all the quests I could get at level 71 at the Warsong Hold until I got the quest to fly from Warsong Hold to Garrosh's Landing...I did the quests there until I could get the quest...

You have to finish the quest to kill gammothra, i know that for sure. after that, he sends you back to garrosh and he sends you to taunka'le.

In in lvl 71 and i havent got this q... i made that with the 100 and 2 and boos but i dont got this q );

Completed all of these, and then some, still no Hellscream's Champion available to me. I'm a 69 DK.    DO ALL OF THIS PLUS the quests that the little goblin gives you  until you complete the plains of nasam and this finish the last quest and that did it for me
