You should also add hunter's pet Growl to be turned off while in a instance, having growl turned on usually makes the tank's roll even harder.

speaking of hunters there pets should be be set for passive or defensive otherwise they will attack mobs before the tank/group is ready..usually in a large instance your group will want some down time to recover health and mana before the next pull and if a hunter's pet attracts aggro too soon it may mean a wipe for your whole entire party; another thing to be aware of is when your healer or other party members are out of mana/oom. Tanks should pay attention to this especially because if a healer is oom/out of mana that means no heals for the tank or the rest of the party which also can cause a wipe. A party wipe is when all members in your party are dead. Remember if your going to die don't panic because chances are that your healer can revive you after battle so make sure the healer stays alive. If not you will have to run back to the instance and this can be time consuming if the nearest graveyard or gy is a long distance from the instance. Time lost from a wipe can also cause some mobs you killed to respawn meaning they will be alive again with full health.
