    haha this is gorgeous. Finally,but barely, a really big time horde guild on my server got the twilight drake and the azure drake. Their guild is simply insane. Most the members have the achievment proto drakes too. the only one on server.

    It's almost Zelda style I will dare say. especially with that jewel

      I would think this is certainly ONE of the rarest lvl 80 mounts....the time-lost proto-drake is also up there, but it can be spawned once every 8-12 hours or so (BUT shares a spawn with 1-2 other rares, only oen can be awake ata  time), and many folks try to find him.

      ....this is a once a week per raid group drop, so an individual trying for this can only try once a week (same as any raid drop eg. grand war mammoth) and has to compete with everyone else in the raid for it, whereas the time lost, bronze, blue etc. drakes can be almost 'farmed' from their respective dungeons/rare mobs

        One of my guildies came back from being afk and the time-lost proto-drake was right in front of them but then they are often lucky like that!

    This is one of the most beautiful mounts (I say this about the Twilight Drake and Ashes of Al'ar too but they really are) that, even if it dropped, would be hard as heck to get! So I made a simulator to see my chances...which aren't very good Q_Q

    This mount drops from the boss Malygos on heroic difficulty. if you beat him on regular difficulty theres a chance he will drop the Blue drake. not as cool as the azure drake though...

    jesus that's a beautiful mount.
    though i am not the biggest fan of the drake model mounts.  they always seemed a little silly to me.  it's why i never did any of the wyrmrest stuff.

    but i would gladly  run Maly from her til the rapture to get that thing

    this one takes the cake for being the most beautiful drake in the game. you have to be incredibly lucky to get this mount because  it has a super low drop rate and when it drops im pretty sure everyone in your group will want it, so expect to roll against 24 people. to everyone who has this mount con-gratz!!! =D

    i believe the mount is 280% fast. who cares if its not 310% fast its still awesome!!! =D wish i had it
