Not the kind of goodbye you would expect, but melonmonkey wanted something more of a goodbye. melonmonkey explain why he was here in the first place, he wanted to "mock the horrible attempts at cohesive english people put together". In any rate, this cause a lot of arguments as well as a lot of bad posts that I won't go into further details.

A nice little story about a "noob". Oh what fun do they have, and they learn new things everyday, while this story created a lot of interest for viewers. Although I did not fully include the other story in this nomination, I did add extra bonus marks for the links boris provided in his thread. Nonetheless, it has proven to be one of the greatest stories ever read.

This is one of the most funniest threads I have ever heard. This created a lot of interest. Everyone joined in and had a laugh to share. Ain't it nice to read a story about a priest talking about him/herself who later gets killed by a rogue?

This is the question many WoW player love to answer. People couldn't get enough of the idea. Every comment was funner then the next. This thread created so much interest, that there where other people coming up with similar threads like this. It's a question many WoW player know too well.

Have you ever heard a "Newbie" talked (or typed) before? Ain't that just funny how they say things you wouldn't expect to hear from an experienced player? As we all know, we were "newbes" once ourselves, doesn't it just remind you of your past? So many people were interested in the idea, that they made detailed stories of their experiences with "Newbies" and the "damnest things" they said. It is also one of the funniest threads in thottbot. Because of all this, it has proven itself as the best thread of 2008.
Now as for me, this might be the last thread/post I'll ever make on thottbot. I no longer play WoW and my pre WotLK knowledge isn't going to help anyone anymore. I hope all of you have a great time, and goodbye.
