from the quest log: "Acquire 10 Highland Raptor Eyes from Highland Striders and Highland Thrashers for Tor'gan in Hammerfall."

i killed a lot of both, and got about the same drop rate from both.  it's just very low and sort of annoying.  good experience from all the raptors, though, so it's not a waste.
