can you have two proffessions and a secondary skill or what. or can you only have two from either category?

The secondary skills don't count as professions, and there is no limit to the number of them you can learn.

  Not trying to be technical but there is a limit. there are only 3 secondary profs. They also all have to deal with healing or giving you mana. So great for those who can't heal like wars and rogues.
