The description says "other friendly targets" does this wording exclude me from activating this via Judgement/Seal of Light? Or is it spells by everyone besides me, cause if I can activate this I basically never have to stop during quests, I recover mana and health. Especially with Blessing of Sanctuary getting me even more mana back.
