Engineering is a VERY nice professions in my opinion. It may be a long grind, but very useful. Thanks for that guide.

I was unable to find all those tigers eye, so I made the small seaforium charge.  I had to buy it at AH, but it was cheap and there were many.

Remember 100g if you farm mats and buy rest :P
Its not 100g by buying items of AH. Thats alot more

But hey what do i make if im 266 engineering and cant mine thorium?? My mining is 234 and what so what lvl can i mine thorium? And im lvl 48btw

This is an effin' life saver~! I highly recomemed this to any engineer... At lvl 70 I power lvled Engineering expecting to spend money up the Ying-Yang, but lucky I cam across this... Its very useful, fast lvling, and a huge money saver~! =D

I disagree with the Post that says do not make mithril tubes! I purchased the schematic for Sniper Scope (Mithril tube (3 bars) + Star Ruby + 2 Truesilver Bars)off AH. I consistantly sell about 15 Sniper scopes per week for 8G (4.5-5G for AH mats). Just when the scopes are not selling (midweek) watch the star rubies, I never pay more than 1.25G for them, Go mine your Mithril & you find Truesilver deposits in the same areas.

Watch the stone prices in AH, You can avoid long hours of mining if you just want to power lvl your skill by turning the stone into blasting powder. Several of the mid lvl projects use Dense Blasting Powder (2 Dense Stones)

Scopes, a few guns and Bullets are my primary source of income. Most people power lvl right thru this stuff to get to the high end and leave the low end market open. Yeah, it might be a gray Item and a P.I.A to remember back how to make it But heck.. If I can pick up the mats for 4G, spend 15 minutes making it & selling it for 8G it keeps a steady infulx of $$. Don't try to sell Sniper scopes to pay for your Epic mount... That's what the Helicopter is for :)

this guide rules, and is the best way to get your engineering to 300. except i got to 95 engineering then tried to make silver contacts, but i cant find any silver ore and the prices on ah are insane (39g per stack of 20) and if you want just one, its 1g minimum. where can i find silver ore?

Why is every1 complaining that it is hard to lvl your engineering? It's not that hard all i did is just make bombs (which actually comes in handy). On my 48 shaman im lvl 260, i would be even higher if i could find more thorium

this guy's retarded, why would you need to waste mats on that many practice locks or flying tiger goggles. just make components and use those to create useful things like explosives.

For those people saying its cheaper to mine your own mats than to buy them... If you mine a stack of thorium bars and use it instead of selling it at current AH prices isnt that the same as just buying it in the first place?  That you could have sold it but didnt is the same as just buying it.  Either way you are out however much gold...  Just a thought

for 200 skill, start making unstable triggers, because it'll end up saving you a shit ton on mithril
