Best in slot belt for shamans along side Belt of the Fallen Wyrm
In my opinion Blue belt of chaos is better because of the 3 gem slot bonus and more crit.

shamans who stack haste for chain heal would go for the Belt of the Fallen Wyrm. But crit is more important for the LHW spammers ( which is more HPS anyways..)

Also added a few screenshots for those who are interested.

It's also totally awesome for holy paladins, the sockets alone make it worthwhile.

  if you're a paladin using anything chainmail, smash you're face into you're keyboard right now. This is clearly for shaman, by fact it has no agility a hunter can get more benefits elswhere. As it is chainmail, a paladin can benefit more from a hevier plate belt.

fallen wyrm is bis for holy paladins too if u r not simply stacking crit or haste. it offers both crit and haste. if u want to stack crit as a holy paladin then this is the better belt for u, especially because of sockets. if u want to stack haste then plate girdle of unrighteousness is the best for u. i personally would love to have fallen wyrm but i probably will never get it. i may never even be able to afford the plate girdle or this belt either
