    try Chillwind Ravager north of town.
    30%~50% drop rate
    the first 4 were 100% for me!  =)

      hes tight, north of town ravagers lvl 57-59 have about 60% drop rate for me sometimes more like 75 :)

      Well either the 30-50% drop rate is a made up estimate or I have extremely bad luck.  I've killed 15 Chillwind Ravengers and still not one drop on the horns...  I think quest alone period is shitty drop rate

      It took me seven kills at 100% drop rate on the 56-57 chimeras SW of Everlook.  Then on the final drop, it took me thirteen kills.    Mobs were easy with interrupts as a 55 rogue.
