When you say install display device, are you asking:

1) How to install a graphics card?
2) How to install a graphics card driver?
3) How to make your existing graphics card work?

If it is 1:  Turn off your computer, pull the power plug from the back, open the panel to your computer, then with both hands, touch the surface of the metal casing inside your computer.  This should rid the static on your hands.  Next, unscrew the nut for the card and pull it out.  Shove the new card into its place.  Make sure the slot is made for your card.  Shove the driver disc in and install the drivers.

If it is 2: Shove the driver disc in and install the drivers or go to the card's web site and download and install the drivers.

If it is 3: Go into your Hardware settings, uninstall the graphics card.  Reboot your machine and let your OS detect for new hardware changes.  It will install your graphics card and drivers automatically, if not, do #2.

Yeah, threads in the Off-Topic section often literally become Off-Topic quite quickly.  Feel free to vote my completely off-topic posts down.  ^_^

Is it on-board graphics or is it simply a graphics card with missing drivers?  Either/or, if you can find the manufacturer for the graphics card, then just go to their web site and download the drivers.
