and you could go further and sacrifice some stats and use Expert Goldminer's helm for an additional +7 to axes, +19 total with these gloves and orc racial...and get two zulian hackers, thats another 4 to axes(+2 each). and i think thats about all the items that have +axe skill +23 in all.
