      You need to go to Dustwallow Marsh and talk to Nat Pagle. There is a mission you have to do. Nat is off the coast to the west. Not actually in Dustwallow.

      At lvl35 and skill lvl225 you can go to Nat pagle off the coast of Dustswallow marsh. Just Tbott his name to get the exact location.

      He gives you a quest to catch 4 different fish. 1ea in STV, Swamp of Sorrows, Feralas and Desolace. The order in which you catch them does not matter, though if you get this quest at lvl35, you will need help to get to some areas. The easiest place is just outside of Grom Gol in STV. They get harder from there.

      There is no prerequiset quest to do in order to speak with Pagle, though this, to my knowlege, was not always the case. Though your trainer will send you to see him, you do NOT have to be told. You just have to be lvl35 and skill lvl225.

      Ok, to get your fishing skill above 225 here it is:

      First go to Dustwallow Marsh and talk to Nat Pagle. He will give you a quest. Your fishing has got to be at 225 in order to get this quest.

      Secondly, Go and get all of the fish for the quest.

      Feralas Ahi: Verdantis River, Feralas Coords- 62:52
      Ser'theris Striker: along the coast of the village, Desolace Coords- 26:76.
      Misty Reed Mahi Mahi: the farthest South East corner, Swamp of Sorrows Coords- 78:95.
      Savage Coast Bluefin: just north of Grom'gol Camp along the coast, Stanglehorn Vale Coords-26:20.

      Those are the locations and the coordinates. I got them from another comment on this site and I will tell you that they are dead on. It took me no more than 7 catches to get the fish at each location.....I was so amazed. I don't know that if the time that I was doing it had anything to do with it or not. I was doing this quest at almost midnight (server time) So I hope that the info that I have given helps.

      Very nice coords, I did the whole quest in 1 hour. alot of travelling I must say. Now I'm done in time for the contest in Booty Bay :)

      Dont know why noone bothered to put Nat's Coord... they are 59, 60..
      That way you dont have to surf another page.
