    Ok...Alliance, I am at 225 first aid.  I have found the quest to go to 300 at Theramose(?) Isle...but how the heck do I save the 15 wounded soldiers before six die??? is there any advice out there???

      Bring a friend who does first aid both of you group together and both of you heal the critically injured ---you both will get credit for 15 once both of you together have healed 15

      its not that hard while your healing one look around for your next target then pick the one that most need your attention and heal that one you may still loose 1 or 2 patians buy you will get though did this on my fist attempt

      This part is easy solo all you have to do is face the wall and heal the 4 beds in front of you . You dont have to worry about the other 2 beds behind you. You will get past it easy just heal all that pops up already went though this 3 times with 3 dif men all got though first try

      I am lvl 35 mage, and 201 First Aid, Can I do the quest before I am 225?

      And, cannot find Theramose, where to get the quest?

        If I remember right, you have to have 225 first aid to get the quest. You may have to get the first part of the quest from the trainer in Ironforge which directs you to Theramore. To get to Theramore, you can take a boat from Menethil Harbor in the Wetlands.
