Recommend not trying until level 20, and even then it could be tough.  Most mobs are 24 elite and up.

I'm running my warrior alt through there now with some PUGs, and it's been fun.

A lot of people are complaining about the drops, but really, it is a 60-90 minute clear for you and four friends.  Clearing this twice when 'rested' for the XP bonus gives some crazy XP.  Gather the quests, clear the dungeon and level up.
