dunno if this was mentioned before but in stromgarde there is a tower with some boxes/chests in it i was wondering if i can pick lock those chest's

the quest that's in the tower is named Attack on the Tower

p.s. i didn't read everyone's comment so i don't know if this was mentioned was to bored to read 2000 posts :P
