I just tamed my ZG raptor in ZG (post 1.10, so once I get him to Best Friend I will post and see if he has this yet.

At loyalty 5 he still doesn't have this. I sure hope he gets it though, it would be nice. I posted more pics of him on the way up in level here if you want to see how he progresses:

EDIT: Best Friend and still nothing! Oh well, knew it was too good to be true ;-(

  I just abandoned the raptor when I got my EPL boar - raptor is crap in comparison ;/

  Why did you think that when your raptor gained loyalty, it would gain a skill?
  
  That NEVER happens, for any pets.
  
  I do hope that this or SOMETHING gets implemented for raptors. I have a purple Jungle Stalker from STV that I've had since around 40. The red raptors like you have are the only ones that I think look better.
