ther are three there is primal mooncloth ,spellcloth and shadow weave u  can get these form the tailoring vendors in the lower city of shatt....im a lvl 358 tailor u have to fly to helfire pennisula and go to the master tailor on top floor on the right back corner ......but u gotta go to shatt to get specialazation but not sure how or what lvl u gotta be im trying to find out my self but those are the tailoring specializations

You will have to have at least 350 tailoring before you can specialise (i'm not sure about level requirements; at least 50 I presume).

Basically you can choose between spell / shadow and mooncloth spec. Being specialised, you will produce 2 cloths in stead of 1 for every turn. Also you may get access to specific specialised recipes (e.g. the Primal Mooncloth Set for Priests).

You have to level 60 in order to get which ever quest in the area you want to specialize in primal mooncloth, spellfire, or shadowweave.

If your making them to sell than I would say that Primal Mooncloth is the best spec to go. The materials needed to make them are the cheapest. You have to be at a moonwell to make it and there are moonwells all over including in Azeroth. If you did want another cloth for some reason you can easily trade it straight up for other cloths. And you can make the Primal Mooncloth Bags(20 slot bags). And since your a druid, if you did want some really nice cloth healing gear you could make the PMC set.

The specialized tailoring trainers are around 66.68 in Shat, SE part of the Lower City.

For fire you should be spellfire coz of arcane and fire spell damage

hi, my Mage is a low lvl tailor so this may be a stupid question so please bear with me.  Why did they make the frozen  shadoweave set give +shadow and +frost?? I see that it is meant for locks and frost mages, but it makes it were if u use this set u will basically waste a huge amount if +spell Dmg because frost doesnt use shadow and locks don't use frost (or do they???) and this seems to be the only lvl 70 frost set so isn't this kind of stupid?? Ty

no locks can't do frost I have always wondered that also. So not really sure y its like that... as a lock I am thinking of going the shadow way of tailoring...

kk this is simple and kinda a little dumb too. The frozen shadoweave is made for Shadow Priest, affli/demon lock and frost mage where as the spellfire set is for destr lock and either fire/arcane mage, u dont really waste any +dmg as its only meant to be class specific if u get what i mean, the only thing is if u go frost/arcane or frost/fire mage for whatever weird reason u have in mind u will lose a slight amount of +spell damage, aprt from that the 2 dps sets are meant so a character gets the same sort of gear class and spec depending if u follow. i know i didnt explain too great but i tried anyway.

Just wondering has any one ever tried to do all 3 of them?

If u "unlearn" the specialization and start all over again, do u get to keep the patterns u trained in already?  (Kinda like aldor and scryer...do u keep the stuff if u go to the other side?)
