Pilots for the win period.
Gloves of old are ok maybe in pve where u will really get ur bang for ur buck out of the spirit but in wsg its not as necessary as u may think. Most of the time u will find urself drinking then anything to get ur mana up real fast. I have np managing my priest in 29 wsg with the 1/2 gimp gear he has and im pure holy for heal support. If u are going into shadow for pwnage the spirit is still a waste ... Get pilots if u can or just a good green with int and stamina ... the old is just crappy gear for pvp imo but hey if they were given to ya try them out and see what u think. You will find the more int and stam u have the better off u will be. This is jmo ur all free to make ur own conclusions. Just a suggestion from 1 who has 7 diff twinks spread over a couple servers.
Hunter, mage, priest, 3 warriors (1 tauren other 2 Nightelf), and a shaman. INT and STAM FTW!
