Go to Gadgetzan in Tanaris- talk to Dirg Quickleave in the inn - and he will send you on a quest to get a collection of foods and give you the cooking upgrade

Try the fish vendor at Sreamwheedle Port in Tanaris.

  the fisherman in steamwheel offers recipies from 240-275 really useful to get u to 300 fishing the 300+ cookbook is available at zangermarsh (cenarion hold in the inn) for 2g.

  Cook in Booty Bay (1st level docks, 1st bldg on left coming from pier) also offers lucrative recipes for 275-300 cooking. The lake in WPL and river at extreme western border of EPL seem to be best places to catch the fish required... will post later with details
