I posted earlier on how to combine the swords, but it seems that more people are having trouble actually finding them.
They are both drops in Zul'Farrak.
Jang'Thraze drops from the chief, after the stairs.
Sang'thraze drops from Antu'Sul, he's a boss in a cave.
Where Theka the Maytr is, there is a hole in the wall somewhere in that room. Follow the path and kill every enemy you see.
Then when you get to the cave DON'T GO CLOSE TO IT, he has an insanely high aggro span. Get your highest level to pull guys from the little rooms to the right and left, while the rest of your group waits at the middle part of the valley.
When you are all ready, get your tank to charge him, the rest of team takes adds. When the adds are done, assist the tank until the elite adds come. When elites are gone, assist tank until hes dead. Thats what I do, get through every time.
If you really want this sword like I did, be ready to do a ridiculous amount of ZF runs.
If you have any questions, ask Medis on Firetree.
