The ogres are easy just because of their "powerful" enrage buff. As a level 30 druid you should have no problems at all: just dps as cat, and when ogres hands glow red they are reee-hee-heeaally slow. So just take a few steps back and either finish them off with starfire, moonfire or whatever, or use some time for rejuvenation and regrowth and win the fight with full health. I prefer the latter since they respawn pretty fast, you would want to move on and get them enforcers before it happens.

I'd say the main problem is probably the road. Many allys travel there, as well as a gang of three NPC:s riding back and forth. Stay away from that side of the mountain, the entrance to the cave is on the other side anyway.

As a druid of level 30, if you run into problems (in that case most likely with alliance), don't forget about your new Travel form. Shift, run and heal up.

XP is good, a little more than 10 000 all in all, if you are level 30.
