    This should have a cool down period not 3 charges and it is done.

    Also since you can't train it, it should be automatically the same level as the summoner when summoned.

      The problem with it being the same level as the summoner and just having a cooldown is that you'll see *everyone* from levels 30-ish to 60 using it all the time.

      What would the point be?
