Now, I am not saying 'Boo for hunters or rouges or wars..'...or whoever choses to roll on this, but correct me if I am wrong but dont rogues usually want a slow mainhand (not really slow but a high top end dmg) so they deal more with their abilities?

Personally I play a hunter as a main and when I started playing my rogue I noticed a nice dmg increase whenever I used the wep with the higher top end dmg in main hand.

Again, I do not claim to be an expert at playing a rogue, but I do have a fury warrior also so I am not a complete melee newb ^_~.

So I have to conclude that this wep wouldnt be better for a hunter, or a war, or a rogue, but probably about as good for any of the classes that could use it
    1)For the melee aspect
    2)For the +30 atp

One more thing To add, you cant say it isnt that great for a hunter because 'They can get Bone Slicing Hatchets' Yes there are better weps out there but you can say that about all the classes in debate on this item.

One we want a fast off hand wep for poisons
Two finishing moves (at least some of them) scale with attack power

This is a rogue's off-hand dagger, probably the best blue one in the game.

Rogues want fast attack speed on off hand for poisons.  As of 1.12, the only blue I know of that is faster than this is julie's, which has lower dps.

On an off-hand dagger, all procs occur half as often, so static bonuses are basically always better.

Attack Power is the best stat for a rogue, if you work out the math AP is the single largest contributor to a rogue's damage.  Only +20 agility could compete with this, which does not occur on any blue dagger.

AP is easier for other classes to acquire.  Warriors get 2 AP per strength.  Hunters get 2 ranged AP per agility.  It is certainly a nice dagger for both of them though, and could easily be an upgrade.

However, it IS best for a dagger rogue, and also it is THE best off-hand that a rogue could acquire before they go epic (and better than many epics).  I am pretty easy going and wouldn't be offended if a warr or hunter rolled against me for this, but I do show restraint on items that are better for them, and I appreciate when it's reciprocated.
