Does anyone know if there is a similar Faction like this one for the Dranei side for levels 10-20? I have a Blood Elf and a Dranei .. and on my Dranei I haven't found anything similar yet.
Negative. Draenei have no such equivalent faction.
This is a low level faction for the Horde, situated in silvermoon peninsula, in Ghostlands. It rewards you for doing missions in ghostlands (most of them award 250 rep for each mission complete)
This way nobel players are introduced to the faction reward system and also a good way to gear your character before it can enter an instance.
Don't be a moron, this game doesn't favor either faction. Only someone who's only ever played Alliance would say what you just said. I have characters on both factions on different PVP servers and it's all the same in the end. Alliance whines about horde pvp racials and both sides getting paladins, horde whines about AV map imbalances and how their capital cities are so easy to break into.
It all translates to WAHHHHHH, if you don't like it, roll the other side and see what it looks like!
Yeah, blizzard does favor the horde at low lvls, shamans are much better solo, it was just a fluke that paladins are better for groups.
It only took blizzard so long to give pallys and shammys to both sides because NOONE wanted it to happen, horde or alliance. Plus it was the only distinguishing factor between the factions.
But Horde can stop crying now, as they now have every advantage over alliance they could want, now that they have the new most powerful rogue race and 2nd most powerful pally race.

not 250 rep per quest thos faction is one of easiest to get rep with with like 1000 rep per quest
Ok, first off...RFK, RFD, and SFK are not even CLOSE to impossible for the alliance to get to. You have to be stupid not to be able to get to those instances. RFC is the only one, and you honestly can't say it has good gear in it...stop crying. Its balanced.

and its not like you spend that long at the levels for the instances. I just finished leveling a Mage to 40, its taken me a month, and I play weekends and an hour every other weekday. Compare that to how long you spend after those instances, and what allies get (i.e. Easy to get into main cities which only 70s do) and i'd say its pretty damn balanced. As for the faction that started this arguement by the time I finished questing here the gear was crap anyways. End of story.

Yes, all quests give full reputation payout now, even if they are gray. You used to get only 10% of the normal amount.
I would like to know if that cape is available pre lvl 19 make a nice twink capes especially for a warr.
Ive got a warrior twink and i started doing quests with Tranquillien at lvl 15, i had a 64 help me with killing quests to reduce xp, i hit 999/1000 exalted at 87% through lvl 18 and got my cloak, with help its possible to get exalted for lvl 19 and get the cape
This rep gives about 1000 rep per turn in of a quest there are a select number of quests that give 2k 3k and even 8k rep almost exalted with my hunter whos 18

this is good for getting blue stuff at low levels. I am currently Exalted on 3 of my characters, to do all the quests for it is done in the matter of 3 hours. The cape looks good, much like the sentry cape and gives 7 sta. or 70 health - does it for a warrior, pala or rogue=)
Don't forget the benefits of +7 Stamina for a Warlock at this level...makes doing all those Tranquillen quests worthwhile for several classes.
i got easy exalted by doing all the quests in Ghostlands just as it hit level 19

Personally makes no sense to me why they included such a faction for Horde only and not Alliance. Some really nice rewards too and quite a nice story behind the whole thing too.
Oh well, easy come, easy go. On the bright side you'll not need 'teen gear for very long and concentrate on moving through the game rather than constantly fight in WSG.

well, when every server (if not all, then the vast majority) has a higher alliance to horde ratio, maybe adding small things like this and a more attractive horde looking character is an attempt to rebalance server numbers?
Maybe PVE servers have high Ally to Horde ratio....
But I play on PVP servers and ally is always outnumbered, especially on lvl 70's and twinks in BG's.

A level 70 mage under no circumstances would take 20 seconds to AoE any level 10-20 mob... Should be able to take them down in 5 seconds max, and I'd be willing to bet it would be under 3 seconds total cast/cooldown time. 20 seconds is quite a long time...

I hate how this faction exists. I'd rather have Silvermoon rep with spillover than a bunch of blues that won't be useful for more than ten levels.

there is a level 18ish quest i believe called "rotting hearts" and another called "spinal dust". These require you to essentially get 10spinal dust and 10rotting hearts. After you turn them in they become repeatable quest called "More spinal dust http://thottbot.com/q9219" and "More rotting hearts http://thottbot.com/q9217". By doing these you can gain rep but no exp. To add, the dust and hearts are not soulbound so you can have a high level character run through and kill everything and get these items for you and then u turn them in over and over. This way you gain no extra exp and can get as much rep as needed. You get +500 rep each time.
Unfortunately you can only do these quests ("More spinal dust http://thottbot.com/q9219" and "More rotting hearts http://thottbot.com/q9217") twice and it's not an unlimited soure or reputation-gain ;)
you can actually do it as many times as you want, all the way to exalted.
the Tranquillien faction i think is just blizzard's way of making up for the fact that all of the alliance factions start out friendly with each other while the horde has half of the reps are neutral
So, is there any real late-game benefit to getting Exalted with Tranquilien, or was this an enormous waste of time? (Granted, the quests were great experience and filled in alot of gaps in the story for me, but is there any tangible benefit to be gained?)

Tranquillien is hostile towards Alliance.
Every alliance out there, look at something really quickly.
Most of the gear you get from being Friendly/Honored/Revered isn't half as good as quest items you get. I have a BE rogue, and BE Warlock, I've replaced all the gear I've gotten from Tranq with gear I've gotten from quests. Honestly the only 2 half good items are the cape, and the 2h Sword...and only the Paladins can really use the 2h sword..so Its kind of pointless to complain that we get better gear, because I mean, 4 Agi on a chest piece at level 15 (or whenever you get revered with Tranq) isn't that good...Its kind of sad you guys would cry about this.
yea, alliance get a 15 agi 5 stam chest, just for killin VC... (and doing the absurdly easy quest chain)
And, I don't mean quests I get 10 levels later, I mean quests I get RIGHT after I hit Friendly/Honored/Revered with Tranq.

Oh please dont even start, I roll 3 horde and 2 alliance, I never even ran RFC cos of the junk in it, and the defias set from Deadmines blows the shit off of anything that the horde instances have, also.. if your lv ally 15-25 and you cant get to WC, SFK, RFK, RFD YOU FAIL EPICALLY! Southshore FP? Ratchet FP? SHIT YOUR SET TO GO! quit QQ all of you, and if there is one imbalance I can say, is that alliance is favored, simply because they are on the rise historically, men have a greater fate than all of the ancient races. also my 53 nelf hunter has yet to EVER be killed by a horde guard because they run so slow (even without cheetah stance on) I run my 45 warrior past an alliance guard and its like they had dash or something, 2 whacks and dead.

Honestly the Cape is the only thing worthwhile for this faction...everything else just sucks.
If they had something like a unique engineering schmatic or something I could understand the QQ, but seriously...Tranquilien doesn't offer much more then the +7 stam Cape...WOooooOOW
Anyone whos a lower level like in there 13'ish or 15'ish needs to do these quests because it relly helps out in the end of the game like 60-69 when your not really exulted wit anyone else and your repair bill is like 40g just go to shat and go to sliver moon and fly to Tranquillien and save alot of money
