For those who used to play WC3 this is totally inecessary, but undead invaded Highelfes land to bring Kel'Thuzad back to life, since Arthas killed him when he was a Paladin. Alliance was Dwarfes and Humans. NOTHING MORE! Back to the Undead, or the Scourge. They slaughtered the Highelfes and laid Silvermoon into ruins. Khel'Thuzad was bringed back to life and summoned the apocalyptic demon Archimonde, who destroyed the last of the Highelfes aliies. Those who survived helped Illidan, but he betrayed them. Humans smashed Qeul'Thalas (their new country) and the few survivors got pissed and renamed themselfes Blood Elfes. Its like Sylvanas "Forsaken". They have nothing to do with either humans nor Night Elfes.

Its maybe not exactly correct but its the story as i remember it =P

Blood Elfs were attacked by the undead and Arthas, homed by the horde later on thus joining the horde(allaince screwd them over)Yes they wanna destroy humans and wat not and evryone says they should not be part of the horde, but think about the undead......just think

I do think they hav their advatages but way to many play them and they are kinda ditsy :P

dude stop making fun of the races by the look of it your all noobs that suck at playing the game blood elfs are just as awsome as all the other classes in the world of warcraft all i see is if you dont like a race then dont pick it just choose one thats suited for you

TO the guy above me and don't take this a offence but BLOOD ELVES ARE CRACK ADDICTS FOR MAGIC... not rage. This  race is purely based on paladin and mage along with priest classes and warlock if u wanna get extreme. Blood elf not using magic is like a bear not taking a dump in the woods (rarely happens) :)

If they did which in some cases they shuold i mean if they have rogue which has NO mana why not warrior sooo take it up witha GM when you get a chance but i support your warrior idea even thought the paladin is a hybrid class. so try paladin on a Blood elf toon just a warrior that can heal itself is all it is :)

a message to the Alliance:
GIVE BACK OUR SHAMANS! WE DON'T NEED NO STINKIN' BUBBLE BOYZ!

i got a 65 blood elf pally, and i gatta say, STOP MAKIN BEs! Horde is becoming over populated with low levels because people want to make a "pretty" char on Horde but then they only get it to like level 20. Alot of people are doin it and its makin more people hate blood elves. If youre actually ganna level it past 30 though, good for you.
