daggers do not do more dmg in offhand....

the only reason y daggers are better for rogues offhand is cuz of poisons...oh wait u don't have them at 19...

oh and actually u proc enchants more with slower weapons because you proc per min instead of having a chance to proc so lf is better on cb offhand then assassin's blade, plus the cb gives the +ap in offhand for even stronger ss.
