i am pretty sure these are either unfinished, or havn't been updated with stats yet.

Yeah, probably some random suffix to it, like of the monkey etc since its BOE aswell.

what if the leggings is the name and the beastmastery is the suffix? I mean "Leggings of beastmastery of agility" sounds kinda funky, dontcha think?

I doubt there is a suffix. As the above poster said it would just sound funky.

"Leggings of Beast Mastery of the Monkey" doesn't really sound to great.

  with the "random" part being at the front of the title instead of the back ??
  
  if not.. then these are not worth it due to the lack of stat's for the player.
  
  i can not see a level 70 epic only having small amount of stat's for a pet and none for the player.. even "some" stat's for the player would be fair.

Do these Actually Drop in BC or they another unfinished item ?

Bought them of the AH at lvl 63. Using them for a long time now. My pets love me for it. This is not an item just for anybody. Only folks that go for BM all the way can make this more usefull then a 'normal' pants. But for me, they rock!
