It appears that you dont use up the weapon when you throw it now. I looked at the crafting of a blue lvl 70 thrown dagger, cant remember name, and theres to many damn reagents for a 1time only throw.

I found out what they changed ( i think). Notice that all the new throwns have ALOT of durability! So maybe, they use up durability instead of ammo, and when you fix them its like buying new ammo! Kudos to blizz for a good idea

im pretty sure that is what Bliz decided to do, and that was a very good idea on their part. im glad to see people are starting to take notice of thrown stuff, with the higher lvl skill and all, and finally thrown weapons can have some sort of use. yay.

aye, it's correct, thrown weapons now (if i am not wrong allready in 2.01) have durability that just goes down when using, and you refill stock by repairing.

just like in good old diablo2... would not be the first thing they "copy" from their old games.

sockets anyone? i hope we get runewords in a near future... if they can manage to keep dupers out of the game.

One of the big changes to thrown weapons is its usefullness to rogues. A new finishing move uses the thrown weapon dealing dmg and slowing to 50%. Combine that with Shiv with a crippling poison and blade twisting and there is no more kite'n rogues

JK, awesome weapon. With the change to mechanics my dream of a ninja rogue won't be spoiled by a bow. Throwing FTW!
